I see, by the amount of comments here, that you really rallied some troops for your bigotry and hate.

The anti-gay rhetoric will fade away. Just like the anti-negro, anti-female-vote, anti-mixed-marriage rhetoric has faded away. Resistance is futile.
wow, you are so ignorant that I dont' know where to begin... you assume (incorrectly) that I am a bigot and that I hate gays. Neither is true. My position on homosexuality (a practice, not people) comes from Scripture which teaches me to love everyone (i.e. not to hate).
The anti-negro and anti female vote comments are also not analogous to homosexuality. It is not a sin to be black or for women to vote. It is, however, sinful to engage in sexual acts with members of your own gender. There is a big difference that have apparently failed to notice
If you get past your pro-gay rhetoric and want to comment back please feel free to do so.
@notanephite - Read the link I posted in my previous comment.
Your bible has been used to justify racism, which justified slavery, and female oppression. Being black or being a woman are not declared to be sins by your bible, that much is true. But, again, the bible has been used to justify those inequalities nonetheless.
You are not being logical. The Bible has been misused to justify a lot of things which it actually does not endorse. The fault does not lie with the Bible in those cases, it lies with the (poor) interpreter. The bible condemns homosexuality as a sin along with a number of other things. This can be clearly demonstrated from Romans 1, 1 Corinthians 6:9, and 1 Timothy 1:10.
Can you show me exactly how bad interpretations which are refuted by the Bible somehow cast doubt on the clear teachings in the Bible?
In response to your link:
you have some real issues you need to work out before you write anything else. For instance. you have a picture which says "Athiest: I don't impose my beliefs on you, so don't impose yours on me." You call this "true" yet you come to my xanga page and explicitly impose your belief that religion is intolerant and bigoted. saying things like "resistance is futile" (are you borg?) directly contradicts the message that athiests do not impose their beliefs on others.
Anothe thing: prayer in schools. You might want to take a history course friend. Prayer was in schools and was removed by athiests. What is wrong with trying Christians trying to make it like it was before? What is wrong with prayer? Prayer is a good thing, why would you oppose it?
Prop 8 was not an arbitrary mesaure, it was in response to the overturning of Prop 22 earlier this year. If they judges had done their job and correctly interpretd the law there would have been no need for Prop 8. How is a timly response to this public action "arbitrary"?
Christians are not the majority. Unless you can provide a valid statistic which says otherwise.
@notanephite - I have no time for you, as you display A LOT of mistaken ideas. It would take too much time to detail each one and their fallacies.
As for prayer, that may be a good thing FOR YOU. But, you can't expect a PUBLIC school (which is funded by money from ALL taxpayers, many of them non-Christian) to bend over to YOUR religion. It's actually a very simple concept, but if you fail to grasp it, then it's pointless to talk to you.
If you don't want to talk about the issues you sent me links to that is fine. Just let the record show that the Christian was willing to discuss the issues brought up by the atheist. The atheist, however, just said the Christian was mistaken (without specifically addressing anything the Christian said) and left it at that. (And yes I saw you wrote about prayer in schools but you did not address what I said. My point, therefore, stands).
If you ever change your mind and want to discuss specific issues (without hurling unsupported generic criticisms) please let me know.
